The process is simple:
1️⃣ Select the service you need and upload your images.
2️⃣ Our expert team edits the images with the highest quality.
3️⃣ Within the estimated time, you will receive a download link with your edited images.

❓ How fast will I receive my images?

Standard delivery is 24 hours. If you need a faster service, you can select the express option to receive your images in less than 4 hours.

❓ What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, and PSD. If you need another format, contact us, and we will do our best to help you.

❓ What is the difference between JPG and PNG?

JPG is ideal for images with a white background and smaller file size.
PNG allows transparent backgrounds, but it does not save clipping paths.
If you want to preserve more color and editing information, we recommend TIFF or PSD.

❓ How can I pay for the services?

You can pay with PayPal or credit card. For clients with regular orders, we offer monthly invoicing.

❓ How long are my images stored?

By default, we store images for 2 months for possible corrections. If you want a different period, you can configure it in your account.

❓ Are my images safe?

Yes. We do not sell images to third parties or share your data. All images are automatically deleted after the configured storage period.

❓ Can I request additional file formats?

Absolutely! You can request additional files like PNG, TIFF, or PSD along with your JPG image with a white background.
